Benefits of Juicing Greens
Everybody wants a green juice recipe, and it fits the bill with this delicious green juice. It has three different types of greens (kale, romaine, and parsley), a green apple for a hint of sweetness, and a big splash of lemon juice for a bit of zing.

Promoting healthy intestinal flora, I prepare greens in a variety of ways, but during the summer months, I love to make salads (such as this kale and cabbage salad) or to split my juicer to make fresh juice. I have and love the Slow Juicer. The only thing that I don't like is to wash the juicer, but sadly, the fresh juice is worth the cleaning. Fresh juice is not only easy to make but by drinking juice like the one I am sharing today, you can literally pack a ton of green veggies into one meal.
